RJay joined Magnolia Senior Care Solutions in March 2026, bringing a unique blend of experience in education, customer service, and home care recruitment. With five years of teaching experience in a public senior high school and one year in customer service with a multinational online retail company, he has developed strong communication and relationship-building skills that help him connect with caregivers from all walks of life. Prior to joining Magnolia, RJay supported recruitment efforts for a home care agency, where he discovered a passion for connecting compassionate caregivers with meaningful opportunities to make a difference. His approachable nature, attention to detail, and commitment to supporting both caregivers and clients make him a valued member of the Magnolia team. Outside of work, RJay enjoys watching Netflix, staying active through fitness and exercise, and spending time at the beach whenever he can.
